Today: Noticing textures, another overcast and cooler day. Summer over.
A lighter Tuesday delivery day.

Today: Noticing textures, another overcast and cooler day. Summer over.
A lighter Tuesday delivery day.

A wet Monday morning’s delivering. All is wet, as are we, by the end of the delivery.
Noticing the autumnal colours and spiders…

Today: A surprisingly wet start to the delivery. Despite the endless hot weather here in Norwich the streets were teeming with fat moist brown slugs.
Caught a photo of the random leg that has been hanging out in a garden in Earlham Road.
Rain stopped at 10am but continued to get a soaking from all the overgrown bushes and hedges on the delivery.
Working with James and we managed to get all delivered. Felt good.

A distinctly autumnal edge to the day, fresher air. Less colourful flowers about, noticing fruits and an increase in spiders…

A cooler, easier day. All passes without drama.

Quite a day, stifling hot from the start. My colleague becomes unwell and I take them back to the delivery office. I return to delivery to try to get finished what I can, but it is hard hot work.
I notice this cracked road surface in Heigham Grove road for the first time. It reminds me of ice cubes in a drink.

A post bank holiday return, less mail and more delivery time. Work with a colleague James who knows the walk and we manage to get all delivered, feels good.
A week of sunshine promised, today doesn’t disappoint.

A surreal day delivering. Tumble weed amassed at a call in Earlham Rd. A brazen banana basking on the pavement in Stafford Street. A beautiful once-was trail in Earlham Rd.
The weather, wet, chilly and windy to start but hot, clear skied and still by the close of play.

A pink Wednesday, a softer summers day, a pleasure to be out delivering. Enjoying working with my new colleague Peaches and I enjoy the day despite the heavy work load.
Self reflection taken in Earlham road and this most exquisite rose was found in the most unpromising location.
