A wet, warm morning delivering. Snails are out climbing door and filling pathways. Warm enough to enjoy the brush of wet foliage as I go up pathways.
A larger Wednesday, but we get finished despite the rain.

A mostly sunny morning delivering. Splendid pansies in Chester Place and purple onion flowers, Mill Hill Road. Enjoyed the yellow lichen on this blue gate in Stafford Street.

A second post bank holiday delivery day, not quite full volumes and we manage to get all delivered.
Plentiful road closures and resurfacing works going on around the delivery, making some roads beautifully quiet and others unbearably busy.
The day started overcast but quickly became a gloriously sunny day.
Noticing the big bold blooms today.

These magnificent tulips were up on the high terrace I deliver to in Mill Hill Road – about 30 steps up but 5 calls all together.
A lighter Saturday, filled with some get done quick energy since heading out for a reunion later in the day.

Today: A dry(ish) slightly sunny but still cold morning. We worked hard and all delivered. Starting to feel like I know the delivery better.

Today: chilly start, ice on the windscreen. The sun was out sporadically and it felt warm enough out on delivery. These beautiful wallflowers were in Chester Place and the tiled pathway in Gladstone Street.
We managed to get all delivered for a second day which felt good.

A rather wet delivery, made more cheerful by having three of us delivering. We managed to almost get the whole walk completed, felt good to be catching up after all the chaos of the last couple of weeks.
In between the rain the sun would emerge strong and clear, and all glistened.

Today: A wet and frankly quite chilly start to the delivery. Spring still sung brightly, these tulips in a garden in Chester place were only one of the beautiful varieties the garden had in bloom. All the greenery glistened in the moist weather. Paves and pavements are filled with uninvited blooms and growth.
Time at the end of the delivery to get some chips from the chippie in Stafford street. The sun had emerged and so we finished the morning feeling full and warm.

Just me on the delivery today, so walking the loops with just the packets in the bags. April showers in their full glory, beautifully sunny one moment, full typhoon next. Drenched early on, a couple of packets became so wet their contents fell out. Learning my lesson I sat out the second shower and was dry by the end of the delivery.
Happy to discover this Santa Barbara ceanothus on this delivery, one of my favourite bushes. Particularly splendid in the spring.
