Today: Rose in Hanover road: Holly flowers, Newmarket Rd: Flowers
Working with Elliot, Kelly having a day off. Rested after my day off, I seem to be noticing all the spikey flowers and excited by seeing the Holly bush flowering.

Today: Spiral staircase in Suffolk Sq: Mr Bedwell’s magnificent pink rhododendron plant: Top of brick wall, Ipswich grove.
A happy Tuesday delivering, not too hot and sunny but dry.

Today: Spotting Onion flowers throughout the walk, also these intense small blue flowers, which have self seeded everywhere.
Not too much mail today, but still a double delivery of mail on 206, since it didn’t go out on Saturday and a struggle to get done in time. Starting to feel more familiar with the new frame and delivery area.
Still not clear how we are ever going to be able to complete the whole delivery.
Chillier than imagined, there was a brisk and fresh wind and not as many sunny intervals as perhaps we would like.
Struggling to stay positive.

Today: Noticing lots of tiny whitish blossoming plants.
Another large day, tensions high in the office. Sorting from my new larger frame. Glad to get out of the office and crack on with the walking and delivering.

Today: These violently pink flowers catch my attention again at the Cedars: I stop to admire a close hand view of this flowerhead as I take a naughty cut through back to Lime tree Road: Sweet Chestnut blossom, top of Ipswich Rd: Photo Montage based on Suffolk sq.
A monumentally big day, good delivery weather but exhausted by the finish of the day. 18.5 km clocked up. Tomorrow I will be moving onto a different frame !! All new roads added to the walk.

Today: Occasionally sunny and generally warmer. A fairly indistinct day, but great to be outdoors delivering. All returning to nearer normal without the bank holiday backlogs and our growing knowledge of the new areas we deliver to.
Just learned that we will be able to set the house number for our walk for our frames which is one worry less to carry.

Today: The rain and cooler weather has stripped the trees of blossom and sent the bluebells into retreat. Colour in no longer all around, mostly greens. These flowers stood out.
Quite chilly delivering, but not too much mail.

Today: Suffolk square: Puddle reflection, Walpole gardens: Blooms, Lime tree road.
Well, it didn’t rain.
Disquiet in the delivery office around the careless changing of the sorting frames, in which the walks have not been set out as you would deliver them and the majority of slots have become doubled (two delivery addresses per slot) Hard to stay engaged in giving your best when there is no engagement with you as the person who does the delivery around how the frame should/could be efficiently organised. Most slots are currently too small for the quantity of mail we currently handle.

Today: Puddle reflection, Walpole gardens: Foliage, Harford Manor Road: New leaf growth at the base of a horse chestnut tree, Church Avenue.
Three days worth of walk 206 to deliver, a big walking day. All suddenly looks green, things starting to be hidden and obscured by the foliage. Enjoy the irrepressibility of nature which is shooting green at every opportunity. Feels like you ought to be able to see the growth happening with your naked eye, if you had the patience.
A damp but warm hug of a day, all is moist.
