An annoying start to the day with a colleague having take the van key home and forgotten to return them. Luckily the weather is warm and dry so not a strain to have to wait at the van to reload.

A lovely customer leaves a bar of chocolate as a thank you for our collecting his parcels.

A good day.

A sunny start with the threat of rain building during the day. Working with James who knows the walk well so relaxed delivery day. Autumn colours starting to show more, all damp and glistening.

Out on Delivery: Tue 17 Sep

Another sunny day, a lighter day so I have time to stop and photograph the texture on this door in Gladstone Street that I enjoy each day.

Some autumnal colours coming in Earlham Rd over a bin store. A spot with little light but this bush is ploughing on.

In Denbigh street a small tomato bush has self seeded itself by a gate. A handful of tomatoes hang and I am routing for them to ripen. I enjoy the determined plants that grow spontaneously in unpromising situations.

Today: A surprisingly wet start to the delivery. Despite the endless hot weather here in Norwich the streets were teeming with fat moist brown slugs.

Caught a photo of the random leg that has been hanging out in a garden in Earlham Road.

Rain stopped at 10am but continued to get a soaking from all the overgrown bushes and hedges on the delivery.

Working with James and we managed to get all delivered. Felt good.
