SUFFOLK SQUare Delivery Montages

These digital collages are a development of my daily delivery montages. In May I started delivering to Suffolk Square, a brutalist concrete block of flats. I was struck by the contrast between the colourless concrete geometric forms and the colourful organic floral forms in gardens throughout the walk. Also I am constantly challenged to reconcile the extreme difference in peoples living standard within the small area I deliver in. It was particular difficult in lockdown, delivering to families trapped in small flats with no outside spaces and then to families with acres of gardens, swimming pools and large detached properties.

These collages are a playful exploration of my daily experience of my everyday delivery route.
